[This is a post from last year, but with the new photo editing tool I wanted to make it more compact and easier to read]

^ that’s the place! It’s very far from where I live so I’ve only been there about 4 times but it’s so amazing. I love the whole feel of this cafe. I love that they are 100% vegan. And I love the food. They are located in Syracuse and have amazing sandwiches, baked goods, salads, milkshakes, breakfast foods, and much more. Oh, and did I mention how fairly priced they are? It’s almost impossible to find something on the menu for more than 7 dollars.

My bf and I took the trek out there because I love it so much and he’s never been. Being so far from home, I made sure to get PLENTY of food to take home and try as much as possible. We each started out with a tofu scramble, he got the original and I got the ‘green scramble’ which had pesto, spinach, green peppers, and broccoli… I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

Things that we got to take home that I didn’t photograph: an oatmeal raisin cookie (they had plenty of baked goods including cupcakes and cakes), and an egg ‘trick’ muffin. This is one thing I definitely miss since being veg. It’s amazing how they do it but it really tastes like an egg mcmuffin! Yum!

They have SO many flavors of amazing milkshakes that you must try, all named after people that they find inspirational. I’ve tried the Harriet Tubman (vanilla, maple, oreo) which is fantastic. This time we got the vanilla espresso which was so delicious. They are very filling and definitely satisfy a sweet tooth. A must try before you leave. I also love the eco friendliness of this place :)

If you ever get the chance to stop by Syracuse make sure you get to this place, you wont be disappointed :)
