Today I’ve eaten:
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 cup dandelion greens
- 2 dates
- 2 bananas
- 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 ounces of wheatgrass
- lots of tea
- lots of water
- 3 cucumbers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- homemade raw hummus
- a chocolate bar
and that’s only so far…
So yeah, anon, I need to eat more. And I probably need to eat healthier foods, right?
