32oz Banana Blueberry Smoothie
- 2 fresh bananas
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- water to blend
:) That’s it!
Today I also had a liter of warm lemon water when I woke up, 16 oz juice (of cucumber, apple, spinach, kale, lemon, ginger, and celery), raw chocolate truffles, 3 bananas, 2 dates, a few romaine leaves, this smoothie, and later I’ll probably have the rest of the big head of romaine, and some olives. Maybe some avocado.
PB ICE CREAM w/ PEARS + ALMOND BUTTER
4 frozen bananas
2 tbs pb2
Top with fresh pears and almond butter.
Pairing fruit and nuts or nut butters aren’t the best for digestion but I was really feeling this and it was delicious :)
Fruits and vegetables have protein?! WHAT?!?
Not pictured(1oz cacao nibs, 2liters water, 8oz raw apple juice, .5 avocado, 1tbs nutritional yeast)
Not exactly 80/10/10 but all whole raw plant foods and lots of greens.
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1/2 bartlett pear
Blend in blender or food processor until smooth
- 5 pitted medjool dates
- 1/3 cup water
Blend until smooth
Pour caramel over ice cream, top with cinnamon and fresh pears.
