PB&J SMOOTHIE BOWL!!!

Blend frozen bananas, strawberries, blueberries, water, and flax seeds into desired consistency. Mix pb2 (powdered peanut butter) with water to make a sauce and drizzle over your bowl and in your mouth! You can just use regular peanut butter for this too. Yummy yummy :)

Raw Cookie Dough Ice Cream!
One of my favorite things I’ve made yet. And shockingly simple! 

Ice Cream:
5 frozen bananas
Cookie Dough Bites
6 dates 
1/4 cup soaked raw almonds
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbs cacao nibs
pinch cinnamon
pinch himalayan sea salt
Blend frozen bananas together in vitamix or food processor, set aside in freezer. Pit your dates and throw into the blender/food processor. Add almonds, coconut oil, cinnamon, and sea salt. Pulse until incorporated. Add in cacao nibs by hand or pulse them in. Roll into balls and enjoy as is, or put onto your ice cream

If any of you live near a sweetgreen restaurant go right now! While visiting Boston, a very vegan friendly city by the way, I stopped in here for some lunch and it was so good I went back the next day. This is raw kale, spicy quinoa, roasted tofu, broccoli, beets, sprouts, tahini and sriracha dressing. So good !

Raw Spinach Avocado Soup!
1 large zucchini
5 cups spinach
1 cucumber
1/2 avocado
2 celery stalks
2 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs nutritional yeast
cayenne
turmeric
cumin
1/2 cup water

Blend all ingredients together. I blended the water and the spinach, then added the zucchini (with the peel), then 1/2 cucumber (with peel), then avocado, and then the rest of the ingredients. Blending a little in between each. Top with the other half of cucumber. This is super yummy and filling.
This is a great way to get in a ton of incredible nutrition through these raw veggies quickly and digest them way better than if you were to eat them in say a salad.
